Garasi is a three-piece
female-fronted band from
Indonesia, originally intended as a fictional band for the 2005 movie of the same title, but the members decided to stick around even after the movie was done. Garasi consists of Aiu Ratna, Aries Budiman, and Fedi Nuril. Their debut album was released as an original soundtracks compilation of the movie they starred in, contains 9 tracks, one of them is the song that made them popular: "
Hilang". Their second album was intended to be released around mid 2007 but it was postponed.
